Overview :

  1. Regsiter As a Seller or buyer & list you products , projects & Services.
  2. Select the Products, Projects &services you want to bid listing under live featured Auctions
  3. Place a bid for the selected project, products & services in live featured auctions .
  4. Choose your mode of Payment either online or offline
  5. Once the payment received from buyer, Seller will ship the material
  6. Material received at the customer. User as

User as a Seller

  • Select the type of Listing as a Products or Auctions.
  • Browse the type from Category & fill the basic details about your products, upload the images, media, etc.
  • Enter the start price , reserve prices, Buy out prices of your product
  • Enter the auctions start time, end time & duration
  • Mentioned the Freight charges, Insurance charges if applicable.
  • Choose your preferred mode of accepting the payment online or offline.
  • Finally list of your products , projects & Services under live featured auctions & Products listing

User as a Buyer

  • Buyers can float the opportunity by selecting as Products or Auctions under listing category.
  • Browse the type of opportunities & fill the basic details about your products, upload the images, media, etc.
  • Enter the quantity required & Buy out prices for an opportunity.
  • Enter the auctions start time, end time & its durations.
  • Choose the mode of transportation by your choice.
  • Choose your preferred mode of accepting the payment online or offline.
  • Finally list your opportunity of your products, projects & Services under Live Featured Auctions & buying options.
  • Keep a close eye on listing for seeing the bids if required changing the reserve price / buy out prices 18-24 hrs before it close out.

Registration Process

Log into the site & follow these simple steps to become a SXC partner:

  1. Pl. visit our website on http://www.solarXchange.in/ & Click on sign up tab displayed on the top of the window.
  2. After clicking on Sign up tab, the system will request the user to fill following basic primary details to establish account as a Buyer, Seller, or both on free of cost basis.
  3. Address: Name, Address, city Country, State, Pin code, Phone number,User information: website, Category, In case of company /Partnership firm, Registered office address/ Tin No.CIN no. Service Tax. / Pan Card no. /Details about your company, Last 2 year financial status, Date of Birth
  4. Account details : User name, Email ID, Password, Terms & conditions
  5. Being a B2B platform, the system also request the user to provide correct information about company Pan no, service Tax no, etc & keep this information ready at your end.
  6. Accept the Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy
  7. Once you click on registration tab, the system will ask show the message “sXc will Validate your account details & shortly validate your account by sending confirmation mail on their registered mail id.
  8. sXc will validate your email and grant access to the system within one working day.
